Pearfect gin fizz

25 ml Tinker Brook gin

25 ml A Drop of Pearfection gin liqueur

15 ml cinnamon syrup

10 ml lemon juice

10 ml lime juice

20 ml egg white

20 ml double cream

1 pinch Maldon sea salt

Wet shake, strain into second shaker and dry shake as hard as possible for 30 seconds. Double strain into champagne coupe and top with soda until the foam is above the rim of the glass. Finish with dehydrated blood orange.




25 ml A Drop of Pearfection gin liqueur

Prosecco or dry sparkling wine

Simply add 25ml of A Drop of Pearfection gin liqueur to a well-chilled champagne flute of Prosecco or dry sparkling wine, and enjoy.

The BB´s Knees

The bb´s knees


50 ml Tinker Brook gin

2 teaspoons honey

20 ml fresh lemon juice

20 ml fresh orange juice

orange zest

Add Tinker Brook and honey to a shaker and stir until the honey dissolves. Add the lemon and orange juice and top up with ice. Shake well. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest twist.

A Drop of Limelight


40 ml A Drop of Perfection liqueur

40 ml sloe gin

40 ml lime juice

lime peel

Pour all ingredients in equal parts into a shaker and wet shake over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime peel.


The Bowie Bitter

45 ml Laphroaig whisky

20 ml Carpano Bianco

15 ml A Drop of Pearfection gin liqueur

Dash of Boston Bitters

Pour ingredients into tumbler over ice, shake well. Pour into tumbler, garnish with orange peel.
